Biography

Dr. Patrick Kramer has a long history of work-experience in leading IT- & consulting companies and has been working in the areas of „Digital Transformation“, „Performance Management“ and „Internet-of-Things“. In 2014 he founded “Digiwell” (www.digiwell.com) a company dedicated to upgrade humans, their bodies and brains, to make them more productive and give them new skills. In Patrick’s vision technology will more and more be worn under the skin and not on the skin – the rise of smart implants. Wearing an implant himself, he experiments with the next-generation of implants in his body: From an “Internet-of-Things” to an “Internet-of-Us”, where humans are connected directly to the internet through brain implants adding new skills to body. His work and insights into near- and inbody technology has been internationally recognized among others by Wired, The Wall Street Journal, Computerworld, RedBull Media, PCWorld, CeBIT, and others. He is a proud speaker at TEDx – Ahead of time.

Since Evolution is too slow, an increasing number of people are choosing to upgrade their bodies manually and have microchips implanted under their skin. These implants constitute a new interface in human-machine interaction with a growing range of uses and opening up the exciting world of Cyborgs. Approx. 50.000 people all over the world are already wearing smart implants, giving their bodies new features, and the trend is rising. But what is fact, what is fiction about those implants? One of Europe’s most famous Biohacker, Chief Cyborg Officer at Digiwell.com, Dr. Patrick Kramer, will speak about the „Digital Transformation 2.0 – the Human Body“ and will introduce us to the fascinating world of smart implants and bodyhacking. We want to give you the opportunity to be part of exploring this fascinating technology. Become the Future!
