Biography
Yulia Silina is a PhD researcher at QM University of London, where she is exploring the potential futures of smart objects with an emphasis on human experience and the creation of meaningful artefacts. She is a founder and CEO of LuulaTech, where she is developing a revolutionary science-based smart (and sexy!) wearable breast pump. This breast pump will fundamentally improve the experience of breastfeeding mothers, enabling them to ride a metro, attend to their babies, and even nap all while pumping comfortably. Yulia’s mission at LuulaTech is to empower mothers to go back to their lives sooner while being able to feed their babies breastmilk for longer.
